City of Perris Hosts Annual Health Fair & PESD Color Fun Run

PERRIS, Calif. (March 24, 2025) – The City of Perris invites the community to lace up their sneakers and bring the whole family out for a morning of health, fun, and community connection at the annual Health Fair & PESD 5K Color Fun Run, hosted in partnership with Perris Elementary School District and Perris Union High School District, taking place Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the City Hall Campus, 101 North D Street.

This vibrant and family-friendly event will feature free health screenings, engaging entertainment, exciting prize giveaways, and a dedicated Kids Corner filled with fun activities for children of all ages. Attendees will also have the chance to participate in the popular 5K Color Fun Run, which adds a splash of color and energy to this wellness-focused day.

“This event brings together health, wellness, and fun in one dynamic setting,” said Mayor Michael M. Vargas. “It’s an opportunity for our residents to access valuable health resources while enjoying a great time with family and friends.”

Race-day festivities begin early with check-in and registration starting at 6:30 a.m., followed by the close of registration at 7:30 a.m. The Tot Trot, designed for children ages 5 and under, kicks off at 7:45 a.m., with the 5K race beginning promptly at 8:00 a.m. Participants can register for the Color Fun Run for just $5 through online pre-registration, or for $10 with walk-up registration on the day of the event.

Vendor registration is also available for local organizations interested in participating in the Health Fair. Both race and vendor registration can be completed through the CivicRec portal on the City’s website at www.cityofperris.org.
