RivCoED: Riverside County Innovation Month 2025 & SBA Growth Accelerator Fund Competition

With the new year fast approaching, plans are in motion for Riverside County Innovation Month 2025, set to take place this April. This dynamic initiative celebrates the ingenuity and entrepreneurial spirit thriving in Riverside County. It’s a chance for innovators to transform ideas into reality, pitch their projects, and explore funding opportunities to bring their visions to life.

Throughout April, regional pitch competitions will be held across the county, culminating in an exciting Fast Pitch Finale where participants will compete for cash prizes. The county’s robust network of incubators and tech hubs further bolsters the innovation ecosystem, providing essential resources and support for startups and creative endeavors.

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of Investment and Innovation, is hosting its 2025 Growth Accelerator Fund Competition (GAFC), which offers a total of more than $9M in prize awards for entrepreneur support organizations (ESOs) focused on innovation-driven startups and entrepreneurs in underserved regions, industries, and communities to launch, grow, and scale. The competition strengthens ESO capacity, builds connections, and fosters collaboration, expanding access to the innovation economy and boosting entrepreneurial activity across the country.
