G.I.V.E. Series: Installment One: Information
The Chamber recently hosted the first installment of the newly launched G.I.V.E. Series. We hope you found the information useful for the betterment of your business. Click here to watch the recorded session.
Three important things we learned:
1. The City of Perris' Small Business Assistance Program still has funding available. Businesses and organizations that received EIDL and/or PPP loans may still be eligible. Don't let this opportunity slip by. Click here to learn more.
2. The 2020 Census is almost complete yet the City of Perris still has a large percentage of non-responders (nearly half of the population). This means our city and community may miss out on needed funding in the years to come due to an inaccurate/incomplete count. Click here to be counted.
BONUS! The City of Perris is offering $20 gift cards for completing the census (verification is required to receive the gift card). Please contact Rebecca Rivera at City Hall for more information; (951) 940-6100.
3. Oscar Olivares with Paychex shared a wealth of information with us about running and reopening your business during COVID-19. Do you know about the OHSA safety and injury illness prevention training required for forgiveness of PPP loans? If not, or you need other guidance, contact fellow Chamber member Oscar at (760) 269-9311. You can find the presentation here.
Once again, thank you for being a part of Perris' success! Please take a moment to tell us how we're doing by completing the following short survey:
