Description
It’s time to dive in and discover where your business has room for growth or improvement; then formulate a new set of goals to move your business forward. We'll begin by taking a business assessment before our session so that we can clearly identify what areas are working really well in our business as well as determine what areas we can improve on and start to create a strategic plan to create success.

In this interactive workshop you’ll:
• Discover the challenges that might get in your way of growing your business.
• Learn how to step away from the day-to-day tasks to work on your business versus in your business
• Review your business assessment so that you can determine your strengths and weaknesses
• Determine what growth means for your business and create a strategic plan
